Before you order online, please read the information below on how to prepare the assets and correct mood for your presentation.

How to organise a presentation

  Choose photos

Select a range of photos that represent the style and mood that you want your presentation to reflect.

Depending on the type or presentation you require, this may include a mix of photos from childhood, adulthood, older age, family and friends. You can also include photos of important occasions, holidays, pets, and favourite places. The photos chosen should reflect the goal of the presentation.

We are currently working on an online ordering system which will be ready soon - until that is finished, please order your images by renaming in the folder they are in with a numnber at the front of each image - e.g. 1-filename, 2-filename etc

  Your title page / holding screen

I will need to know exactly which photo you would like to be the 'holding screen photo' which I will make into a nice holding screen that will appear at the beginning and end of the presentation.

  Image Formats

Our preferred format for photos is JPG or PNG for the presentation as they are the most reliable image types.

  Video Inclusions

We can also accept MP4 video files if you wish to include videos in your presentation.

  Select music

Music sets the mood of the presentation, but also helps reflect the personality of the person or business.

If you give us the artist and song title, we will be able to source the music 99% of the time. If you have a link to a particular piece of music you may also like to include that.

  Consider the duration

All presentations vary in style and duration, however in most presentations it is recommended to have approximately 10-12 photos per one minute of music. For example, if you have 30-36 photos and a 3-minute song, each photo will appear for about 6-5 seconds. We can vary the duration of photos based on your requirements.
